Yianna Ioannou is an Associate Professor and Clinical Psychology Program Coordinator at the University of Nicosia's Department of Social Sciences. She holds a PhD from the City University of New York and serves as Clinical Supervisor at the Centre for Therapy, Training and Research (KESY).
Her research integrates psychoanalytic theory with empirical investigation of trauma treatment, psychotherapy outcomes, and clinical supervision. Ioannou co-chairs the APA Division of Psychoanalysis' International Relations Committee and contributes to the COST Action TREATME network on personalized youth psychotherapy.
