Dr. Yi Qiu is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of Southampton. His research focuses on biodynamics, vehicle seating dynamics, and ride comfort, with expertise in combined human-seat modeling and vibration transmission analysis. He holds a PhD from the University of Sheffield and has held roles at institutions including Imperial College London, Jaguar Land Rover, and TRW Automotive.
