Yeri Cho

Yeri Cho is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management and Leadership at the University of La Verne's College of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. Prior to academia, she worked as a management consultant at IBM Global Business Services. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship, negotiation, and power dynamics in organizations. Her work has been published in top journals like the Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, and highlighted in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times. Her pedagogical interests include experiential learning and outreach to underserved populations.
