Dr. Yeonjeong (YJ) Kim is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business, Duquesne University, specializing in Business Ethics and Global Citizenship education. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Organizational Behavior from Carnegie Mellon University, along with M.S. and M.A. degrees in Statistics and Quantitative Methods from Yonsei University, South Korea.
Her research focuses on three core areas: moral character and business ethics, conflict management and team performance, and employee selection.
