Dr. Yee Kwan Tang is a Senior Lecturer in Management at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. She holds a PhD in Management and an MEd in Higher Education from the University of Glasgow, alongside an MBA with distinction from the University of Manchester and undergraduate degrees from Chinese University of Hong Kong and University of South Australia.

Her work spans business strategy, technology adoption in developing economies, and stakeholder management frameworks. Key methodologies include empirical studies in Zambia, Malaysia, and China.
