Yao Wen Chang

Yao Wen Chang is a Professor at National Taiwan University (NTU), with joint appointments in the Graduate Institute of Electronics Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering, and Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering. His research focuses on Electronic Design Automation (EDA), particularly physical design, 2.5D/3D heterogeneous integration, design for manufacturing/reliability, EDA for AI, and analog circuit automation. He leads the EDA Lab, contributing to both academic and industrial advancements in nanometer ICs and semiconductor technologies.
