Dr. Yang Han is a Lecturer in Business and Management at the Oxford Brookes Business School, joining in 2023. His research focuses on organisational psychology, particularly ambivalent leader-follower relationships and their impacts on employee behavior and workplace outcomes. He develops theoretical frameworks linking relationship perceptions to attitudes and has contributed models for organisational interventions to enhance employee well-being and creativity.
Teaching responsibilities include modules such as Strategic Management, Operations Management, Strategic and Sustainable Logistics, and dissertation supervision for BA (Hons) Business and Management and MSc International Business Management programs. He supervises MSc final research projects and business management dissertations.
