Yair Berson

Yair Berson is a Professor in Human Resources & Management at McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business. As Business Research Chair and Director of the DeGroote Leadership Hub and NeuroLead Lab, he explores how leader characteristics and actions influence followers through biological, psychological, and organizational lenses.
