Yadviga Grom is a Lecturer teaching accompaniment at the University of Music Würzburg since the winter semester of 2018/2019. Born in Minsk in 1993, she began piano studies at age 5 with her mother, Natallya Grom, and was accepted into the gymnasium for musically gifted children at the Belarusian State Academy of Music at age 12.
Her research interests focus on piano performance, chamber music, and collaborative piano. With extensive competition experience and international concert tours to Russia, Austria, and Italy, her expertise spans classical repertoire and musical accompaniment techniques. She completed her master's degree with distinction in July 2019 under Prof. Bernd Glemser after studying with renowned instructors including Prof. Andras Hamary, Prof. Markus Bellheim, and Prof. Alexander Schimpf.

- DAAD Competition in Würzburg (2014)
- Second prize at Steinway Competition in Frankfurt (2015)
Ms. Grom received additional musical inspiration from distinguished artists including Arnulf von Arnim, Grigory Gruzman, Matti Raekallio, and Jacques Rouvier. During the summer semester of 2019, she studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna in the class of Prof. Martin Hughes, further expanding her international musical education.
