Ya Min 闵娅

Ya Min 闵娅 is an Assistant Professor at the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, affiliated with the School of Integrative Biology. Her research focuses on molecular mechanisms in plant development, particularly flower formation and diversification.

Research Interests: Combines developmental genetics, comparative morphology, transgenic techniques, synthetic biology, live-imaging, and sequencing to study plant development and floral evolution.
