Professor YJ Tseng is a full-time faculty member at National Taiwan University's Department of Information Engineering and affiliated with the Institute of Information Network and Multimedia. His interdisciplinary work bridges computer science with life sciences through computational modeling and data analysis.
Research interests include:

- Bioinformatics

- Health Informatics
He directs the Bioinformatics and Chemical Informatics Laboratory, developing algorithms for molecular simulation and health data systems. The lab's output supports pharmaceutical research and environmental safety applications through advanced computational frameworks.
