Xylee Paculba

Xylee Paculba is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the University of the Philippines Diliman. Her expertise covers maritime security, naval strategy, and conflict resolution.

Research interests include:

• Philippine maritime defense policy
• Naval operations in Southeast Asia
• Gender dimensions of security studies

She previously served as a Navy Captain in the Armed Forces of the Philippines and holds a Master of Strategic Studies from the Australian National University.
