Xu Jia is a Professor in the Department of Finance at the School of Economics and Finance (SEF), Shanghai International Studies University. Previously, he served as an Associate Professor (2016–2018) and Assistant Professor (2010–2016) at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, and held academic roles at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, including Lecturer and Teaching Assistant. His expertise centers on International Economics and Open Economy Macroeconomics.
