Xiong Fan

Xiong Fan is an Assistant Professor at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. His research focuses on Cryptography, particularly Lattice-Based Cryptography, Post-Quantum Cryptography, and Functional Encryption. Recent work explores cryptographic protocols for secure computation, blockchain applications, and hardware acceleration of encryption algorithms.
