Xinyuan Wu

Xinyuan Wu is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Photovoltaic and Renewable Energy Engineering, UNSW Sydney. His research specializes in the long-term reliability of silicon solar cells and modules, particularly focusing on accelerated aging protocols and advanced characterization techniques for high-efficiency architectures like TOPCon, SHJ, and PERC.
