Xiaofei (Sarah) Li is an Associate Professor of Political Science at York College of Pennsylvania, affiliated with the School of the Arts, Humanities, Education, and Social Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from The Catholic University of America, and a B.A. from Xi’an Foreign Languages University. Her research focuses on Chinese governance, East Asian political economy, and international relations in Asia.
