Xiao Zhang

Xiao (Shawn) Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Operations and IT Management at the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business, Saint Louis University. His research focuses on pricing strategies, customer relationship management, and the intersection of operations and marketing. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, alongside advanced degrees in Statistics, Applied and Computational Mathematics, and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Beijing Institute of Technology.
