Xavier Parent-Rocheleau is an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Resources Management at HEC Montréal. His research focuses on algorithmic management, AI in HRM, and workplace surveillance. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from UQAM and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Curtin University. He is a member of the International Observatory on the Societal Impacts of AI and Digital Technology (OBVIA).

- Research Interests: Algorithmic control, gig economy compensation, employee well-being in digital workplaces.
