Xavier Marcet Gisbert

Xavier Marcet Gisbert is a Part-time Lecturer at the UPF Barcelona School of Management (Universitat Pompeu Fabra), where he teaches Strategy, Communication, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership. He holds a Bachelor in History from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and multiple diplomas in Public Management, Leadership & Innovation (ESADE), and Innovation Leadership (IESE). As President of Lead to Change, an innovation and strategy consultancy, he actively bridges academic insights with practical business solutions.
