Xavier Didelot is a Professor of Statistical Epidemiology and Genomics at the University of Warwick, split between the School of Life Sciences and the Department of Statistics. He is also a Visiting Professor in the School of Public Health at Imperial College London's Faculty of Medicine. His roles include Director of the NIHR Health Protection Research Unit in Genomics and Enabling Data, a collaboration with UK Health Security Agency, and Theme Leader in the NIHR Health Protection Research Unit in Modelling Methodology.
