Prof. Dr. Wu Ying-Chu is an Assistant Professor of Law in the Department of Public Administration at Tamkang University, Taiwan. She holds a Doctor of Laws (Dr. iur.) from the University of Trier. Her research focuses on constitutional issues in political party funding, human rights with an emphasis on information privacy and data protection, and the ethical implications of AI. She also examines the relationship between political parties and Taiwan’s Legislative Yuan. During January-February 2023, she was a visiting scholar at the European Research Center on Contemporary Taiwan.
