Wouter Ph. Stol

Prof. Wouter Ph. Stol holds dual roles as Lector in Cyber Safety at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences and Professor of Police Studies at the Open University of the Netherlands. His career spans policing (1981–1992) and academic research since 1995, focusing on cybercrime, digitization, and law enforcement strategies. He leads a research group across institutions, including In-Pact, the Police Academy, and NHL.
