Dr. Wong Siew Fang is a Research Fellow at the School of Science, Monash University Malaysia since August 2023. He holds a B.Sc. (First Class Honours in Resource Chemistry) from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (2015), M.Sc. from Universiti Sains Malaysia (2018), and Ph.D. from Universiti Malaya (2021). His research focuses on analytical chemistry, biosensors, food chemistry, and medicinal chemistry, with expertise in sensor array design and antimicrobial agent development. Key contributions include pioneering work on differential-based biosensors for detecting food contaminants and synthesizing heterocyclic compounds for therapeutic applications.
