Wolf Singer

Professor Wolf Singer is a renowned neurophysiologist at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research, where he directed the Department of Neurophysiology from 1981 until becoming emeritus in 2011. His groundbreaking research focuses on cortical dynamics, neural oscillations, and information processing in the brain. He co-founded several neuroscience institutions including the Brain Imaging Center and Frankfurt Institute of Advanced Studies.
