Wolf Gunter Burkhard

Wolf Gunter Burkhard is a Professor of Medicine (W3) and Head of the Department of Internal Medicine III at the University of Jena, specializing in Nephrology, Osteology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, and Diabetology. He served as Vice-Dean for Research at the Faculty of Medicine (2007–2010) and previously held roles such as Associate Professor at the University of Hamburg (2002–2004) and Assistant Professor (1996–2002).
