Dr. Wm. C. Peters, J.D., LL.M. is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at SUNY Plattsburgh’s School of Arts & Sciences. A licensed attorney with extensive criminal law experience, he has litigated over 50 felony cases as lead counsel in U.S. and international courts, serving as both prosecutor and defense counsel. His expertise includes international law, military law, and humanitarian law, gained through roles at the United States Military Academy at West Point and fieldwork in Somalia and Central America.
