Winston Chow is a Professor of Urban Climate at Singapore Management University's (SMU) College of Integrative Studies (CIS), where he also serves as the Lee Kong Chian Research Fellow. He leads the Urban Infrastructure research pillar at SMU's Urban Institute and acts as Principal Investigator for the multi-institute Cooling Singapore initiative since 2017.
