Winnie Tomeny

Winnie Tomeny is a Professor of Graphic Design in the Department of Art at the University of Louisiana Monroe, part of the College of Arts, Education, and Sciences. She teaches a range of courses including Basic Design, Graphic Design I & II, Advanced Graphic Design, and Special Problems in Graphic Design, demonstrating her deep involvement in the visual arts curriculum.

Her research and creative interests span Graphic Design, Chinese Calligraphy, Cross-Cultural Visual Communication, and Art Education. With a strong foundation in both Eastern and Western artistic traditions, she integrates cultural depth into her design pedagogy and studio practice.
