Winnie Lee is a Professor and Department Head in the Department of Economics, Applied Statistics, and International Business at New Mexico State University (NMSU). She leads the Doctor of Economic Development (DED) Program and co-directs the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative (DFEI). Her expertise spans international economics, regional development, and cross-cultural business practices.
Education: Dr. Lee earned a Ph.D. and B.S. in Economics from Southern Illinois University.
