Winifred Huang

Winifred Huang is an Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Bath's School of Management. She specializes in SME finance, entrepreneurial finance, and digital finance innovations. Her research focuses on corporate liquidity management, capital structure dynamics, and the impact of financial technology on alternative financing mechanisms like crowdfunding and initial coin offerings (ICOs). She serves on editorial boards for Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, British Accounting Review, and Small Business Economics.
