Wilson Prichard is an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy and the Department of Political Science. He also serves as CEO of the International Centre for Tax and Development and the Local Government Revenue Initiative (LoGRI), focusing on property tax reform in low-income countries.
