William R. Donaldson

Dr. William R. Donaldson is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Senior Scientist at the Laboratory for Laser Energetics (LLE) at the University of Rochester. He holds a BS in Physics and Mathematics from Carnegie-Mellon University (1976) and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University (1984). His career includes research in photoconductive switches, streak-camera development, and optical diagnostics of semiconductors and biological molecules.

• Fluorescence analysis of biological molecules
