William Neff

William Neff is a CIRES Senior Research Scientist at the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES), which is a partnership between NOAA and the University of Colorado Boulder. He is affiliated with the NOAA Earth System Research Laboratory (ESRL) Physical Sciences Laboratory in Boulder, Colorado.

Dr. Neff's research focuses on the stable atmospheric boundary layer (ABL), particularly in high-latitude regions such as Antarctica and Greenland. He investigates surface exchange processes and their role in climate variability.
