William Morgan

William Morgan is the Theron L. Peterson and Dorothy R. Peterson Professor of Biology and Biochemistry at the College of Wooster. His research focuses on plant pathogen-host interactions at the molecular level using genomic and bioinformatics approaches. He actively contributes to integrating bioinformatics into life science education through his involvement with the NIBLSE (Network for Integrating Bioinformatics into Life Sciences Education) initiative.

Dr. Morgan holds a Ph.D. from Yale University (1988) and a B.S. from Cornell University (1982). He teaches courses such as Foundations in Biology, Molecular and Cellular Biology, and Computational Genomics. His office is located in Williams 181, and he can be reached at 330-263-2026.
