William Fuchs is a Professor and Spurgeon Bell Centennial Fellow at the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin, where he directs the Finance PhD program. He concurrently serves as a distinguished researcher at Universidad Carlos III Madrid. He earned his PhD in Economic Analysis and Policy from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2005, followed by academic positions at the University of Chicago and UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
