William Fried

William Fried is an Associate Professor of the Practice in the Department of Music at Davidson College, specializing in piano performance with research emphases in French repertoire and postwar Avant Garde traditions. His work bridges electroacoustic experimentation, dance collaboration, and unconventional notation systems.
