William Butler

Dr. William Butler is the Interim Vice President of Academic Affairs and Vice President of Cyber Science Outreach and Partnerships at Capitol Technology University. With a distinguished 30-year military career in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring as a Colonel, he combines academic leadership with practical cybersecurity expertise.

• Education: DSc in Cybersecurity from Capitol Technology University (2016), MS Strategic Studies from U.S. Army War College, and others.
• Leadership: Spearheaded Capitol Tech's Cyber Lab, Security Operations Center, and Center for Cybersecurity Research and Analysis (CCRA).
