William Balzer

William Balzer is Professor in the Department of Psychology at Bowling Green State University, holding a Ph.D. from New York University (1983). His research examines Lean Higher Education implementation, performance appraisal systems, job satisfaction measurement, and applied decision-making processes. He authored Lean Higher Education: Increasing the Value and Performance of University Processes (2010) and developed comprehensive norms for US job satisfaction measurement.
