William Alex Edmonds is a Professor in the Department of Education at Nova Southeastern University's Abraham S. Fischler College of Education. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a minor in Statistics and Measurement from Florida State University. His research focuses on performance in simulated environments, psychophysiological relationships between emotions and performance, and advanced methodological/statistical techniques in educational research.
Dr. Edmonds teaches courses in research design and mixed methodologies. He has authored multiple books on research design and contributed chapters on performance measurement applications. Beyond academia, he is a certified biofeedback practitioner and actively volunteers as a youth basketball and football coach.
