Will Bracker

Will Bracker is an Adjunct Professor at the Georgia State University College of Law, where he teaches Privacy and Cybersecurity Law. He also serves as Corporate Counsel, Privacy for Cox Communications, overseeing privacy programs and providing legal counsel on privacy and security issues.

Education:

• J.D. from Georgia State University (December 2012)
• Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology (June 1993)

Bracker's expertise lies in privacy and cybersecurity law, informed by his professional experience in corporate privacy and two decades of work in software development lifecycle roles prior to his legal career.

He chairs the Privacy and Technology Section of the Georgia Bar and maintains an active role in bridging legal and technological domains.
