Wilbard Kombe

Wilbard Kombe is a Professor at Ardhi University's Institute of Human Settlements Studies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He earned a PhD in urban land management from the Technical University Dortmund (TUD), Germany, and has conducted extensive research on low-income settlements across African cities. His work focuses on the intersections of urban poverty, land governance, and infrastructure access.
