Wibke Müller

Wibke Müller is a Researcher at the Department of Sustainability Science and Applied Geography, University of Greifswald. She is a core member of the Interdisciplinary Research Centre Baltic Sea Region (IFZO) and leads research within the BMBF-funded project 'Fragmented Transformations' (2021–2026), focusing on 'Baltic Sea Literacy' and sustainable peatland management in the Baltic Sea region.

Her research spans:

• Cross-sectoral, transboundary, and multi-level governance of climate, environment, and water
• Policy learning and change in social-ecological transformations
• Land use dynamics and water conflicts
• Interpretive policy analysis

Prior roles include part-time research positions at Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg (2016–2020) on drought resilience (project 'DRIeR').
