Dr. Wenting Cheng is a Senior Lecturer at the TC Beirne School of Law, University of Queensland, and an affiliate of the Australian Centre for Private Law. She specializes in intellectual property law, sustainability governance, and their intersection, with a focus on energy regulation (hydrogen/offshore wind), climate transition, and green finance.
