Wenjun Zhou is Lawson Professor of Business and Martin Lee & Carol Fri Robinson Faculty Fellow at University of Tennessee's Haslam College of Business. Her research develops analytical methods for knowledge discovery in business data, with applications in social media, finance, and marketing.
Key research areas include machine learning algorithms for large-scale data, social media sentiment analysis, financial forecasting models, and customer behavior prediction. Recent publications explore conversational AI, textual analysis in credit markets, and graph learning applications.
