Wendy Nielsen is a Professor of English at Montclair State University, affiliated with the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. She holds a B.A. from UC San Diego and a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from UC Davis, with additional studies at Georg August University in Göttingen, Germany.
Her research focuses on cultural history figures in literature, including transhumanism themes and American illness narratives.
