Wendy Lutter is a Senior Lecturer and Academic Director of the Master of Marketing program at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. She has taught Marketing Research, Brand Strategy, and Customer Experience Management at undergraduate, Master’s, and MBA levels since 2016, with a focus on qualitative research methods and international business perspectives.
