Wendell Otto

Dr. Wendell Otto is an adjunct professor in the Sport & Performance Psychology (SPP) Department at the University of Western States. He holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) from UWS, alongside master's degrees in teaching education and school counseling. With 32 years as an educator and a 32-year coaching career, Otto has served as a track and field coach at high school, collegiate, and national levels. His accolades include 11 Coach of the Year awards and induction into the George Fox University Sports Hall of Fame. He is a certified mental performance consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and registered with the USOC Sport Psychology Registry.
