Weining Bao is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Connecticut. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics (2014, Johns Hopkins University) and a B.Econ&Fin with a Mathematics minor (2008, University of Hong Kong). His research focuses on strategic interactions among consumers, firms, and policymakers, addressing topics like consumer privacy, AI consumption, and educational inequality.
