Wei-Ya Lin is a Senior Artistic Researcher at the Artistic Research Center of the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. They hold adjunct roles at the University of Vienna and have held various research and teaching positions since 2013. Lin's work focuses on ethnomusicology, applied research with Indigenous communities, and decolonial strategies in academia. Their research emphasizes the musical traditions of Taiwan's Tao people and cross-cultural artistic collaboration.
