Wayne Visser is Galp Chair and Professor of Practice in Regenerative Business, Innovation and Technology at Catolica Porto Business School, Fellow and Head Program Instructor at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and Visiting Professor at Antwerp Management School where he founded the Sustainable Transformation Lab. He also directs the think-tank Kaleidoscope Futures and is the award-winning author of 44 books and over 375 articles and reports.

Research Interests
Dr Visser's research centres on regenerative business, corporate social responsibility, sustainable innovation and systems thinking. He explores how organisations can transition from sustainability-as-usual to regenerative models that restore nature, revitalise society and create shared value. His work integrates integrated value creation, circular economy principles and future-fit leadership, drawing on extensive cross-sector and cross-country experience.
Recent scholarly outputs investigate future-resilience measurement, sustainable manufacturing systems and the interplay between SDG reporting and integrated thinking in large ecosystems such as the Port of Antwerp.

Over the past decade Dr Visser has engaged with more than 65 universities across 25 countries, delivered over 570 keynotes, lectures and workshops, and advised more than 230 corporate and governmental clients in over 80 countries. His outreach work is channelled through Kaleidoscope Futures and CSR International, creating global networks for responsible leadership development.
Labs & Teams
He founded the Sustainable Transformation Lab at Antwerp Management School in 2017 and directs Kaleidoscope Futures Lab, an international think-tank and media company that produced the award-winning documentary Closing the Loop on the circular economy.
